I need a little help with the gnome "window list". It provides an excellent task bar to switch between windows.

However, it is a toggle. For example, if I click on this window on the "window list" it will minimize it!

Is there anyway I can turn off the toggle, so that will only make the window you click on active (and if you click on the active window do nothing)?

That is function exactly like the "workplace switcher" but on windows?

That is the beauty of "opensource" you can examine the source code to learn how it works and make changes as you desire!

Yes, that might be one heck of a learning experience for many or even most people. But it is an option you don't get with that big name operating system!
