Did someone encounter difference between clock_gettime and gettimeofday?

I observed that sometimes clock_gettime timestamp jump 1 hour forth and immediate 1 hour back.

When gettimeofday shows expected time.

No ntpd run on the machine. FreeBSD 4.11.

If this is not a rigth forum, please advice the place to ask my question,

I'll appreciate any information regarding this problem.

Thanks
